In 2024, The Burnt Chef Project launched a Global EAP - Employee Assistance Programme. This is aimed at helping all those in the hospitality industry access mental health help that they need. It is multi-lingual. Its is 24/7. It is life changing. It is in every country that they operate (and they are in six continents.
Some employers, sign up to this allowing their team get the support they may need, however, some don't.
Sponsorship means that additional licenses can be bought allowing those who work in the industry that may need access to mental health aid, and whose employer's don't subscribe, are still able to have the chance to thrive.
